“So, the ministry had to find a solution to this which led to introduction of the mini laboratory,” she said.
Mrs Museveni said the labs will “provide a firm foundation for transition of learners from primary to secondary.”
The labs, she added, will be procured in a phased manner depending on availability of resources.
